Tell the story of LEGO® creativity
In this art director position, you will become the creative lead on campaigns for LEGO House, a new destination for children, parents and LEGO fans, who want to know everything about the LEGO story and all the possibilities of the LEGO bricks. Thus, by designing and managing campaigns, you encourage creativity by representing a place of engaging and memorable experiences. Specifically, you will:
- Present LEGO House as a must-visit destination
- Collaborate with other motivated art directors, graphic designers and content strategists
- Co-create the overall creative concepts and creative strategy of specific LEGO House campaigns
- Conceptualise advertising and social campaigns
Apart from your work on LEGO House, you will also support our licensing team to ensure that our guidelines are followed by licensing partners who make LEGO merchandise. And you will also help come up with ideas, design and develop merchandising materials for all LEGO brands yourself.

You join the LEGO Consumer Marketing Agency, where we make the creative communication for all LEGO products - from strategy to packaging, TV series and digital content, to name but a few. Experienced and conceptually awesome creative
There are two aspects to your success in this new position. One, you need to be a visual storyteller, who can transform insights and ideas into creative campaigns. Two, you have the personality to nurture a good, trusting relationship with the people in LEGO House, as you become a business partner who helps make their vision come alive. Your qualifications:
- You have 4+ years of communication experience, developing creative concepts in an advertising or design company
- You know Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effect, and you are not afraid to pick up pen and paper to explore and explain your ideas
- You are curious and open-minded, always ready to find new ways to engage the target group
- You speak and write English effortlessly
