Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support 3Sonic’s marketing, communication, and brand-building activities. The role will focus on developing clear, accurate, and engaging content for healthcare, investor, clinical, and partner audiences, while supporting digital marketing and the creation of conference materials, website content, and market-facing communication.

This is a hands-on role in a start-up environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, technical team, clinical collaborators, and external advisors to translate MedTech concepts into accessible communication material to relevant stakeholders for marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing and communication materials for 3Sonic, including brochures, one-pagers, pitch-support materials, website copy, press releases, and social media posts.

• Support the development of 3Sonic’s brand positioning, messaging, and visual communication across stakeholder groups.

• Create content explaining 3Sonic’s technology, clinical use case, and value proposition for hospitals, surgeons, investors, collaborators, and industry partners.

• Support digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn content, website updates, campaign planning, and basic performance tracking.

• Prepare marketing and communication materials for conferences, trade fairs, investor meetings, hospital meetings, and partner outreach.

• Coordinate with designers, consultants, agencies, and external partners when needed.

• Assist with practical marketing operations, including content planning, document management, poster creation and presentation, and creation of press releases and product information for the 3Sonic website.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration and bioentrepreneurship or equivalent.

• Strong written communication skills and ability to translate technical or scientific concepts into clear business and marketing language.

• Experience preparing marketing materials, presentations, digital content, or communication assets

• Interest in medical technology, healthcare innovation, cancer care, surgery, or medical imaging.

• Strong analytical and structured working style.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a young start-up environment.

• Excellent written and spoken English. Hindi is an advantage
