Become part of the Security Operations Center in IT Security We are a Taastrup-based department improving IT security across DSB.
IT Security consists of nearly 20 specialists. Working closely together to protect DSB's critical systems and infrastructure, we deal with Governance, Risk & Compliance, IT Security Architecture, and Security Operations.
The SOC is focused on detecting, analyzing, and responding to security threats across DSB. Our mission is to protect critical systems and infrastructure, and you will do so in collaboration with experienced colleagues.

What is the job about? As an SOC Analyst, you will be on the front line of DSB's cybersecurity efforts.
You monitor our SIEM and other security tools to detect suspicious activity, assess and mitigate potential threats, making sure that incidents are handled quickly and effectively.
You also contribute to continuously improving our detection capabilities and overall security posture.
A typical workday might start with a coffee and a quick review of overnight alerts with your colleagues.
You could spend your morning prioritizing and handling alerts, digging into unusual activity to determine whether it is a real threat.
In the afternoon, you might document findings from an incident before joining a workshop about tuning detection rules - or taking part in a tabletop exercise simulating a cyberattack.
Other responsibilities include- Investigating and analyzing incidents to determine their scope, impact, and root cause.
- Performing threat hunting to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
- Participating in incident response drills and improving playbooks and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to mitigate risks and improve defenses.
Are you our new SOC Analyst? We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think critically in high-stake situations.
You are motivated by investigating alerts and logs to understand what really happened - and committed to staying updated on the latest threats and technologies.
You thrive on working with colleagues across the organization and communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
We imagine that you have - Blue team skills, including threat detection, incident analysis, and response.
- Worked with security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR) and incident response processes
- Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments (e.g., Azure)
You communicate professionally in English.
