About the Role

We are looking for a strong and structured Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in driving sales, team performance, and operational excellence in our Massimo Dutti store in Copenhagen.

This role requires a proactive leader with a commercial mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities - Product & Commercial Focus

- Support the General Manager in managing all sections to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of product presentation and visual merchandising.
- Analyze product performance and implement actions to improve results.
- Execute commercial actions based on reports.
- Maintain communication with HQ and local commercial team.

Operations & Processes

- Support stockroom management and merchandise flow.
- Plan and organize daily operations to maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and omnichannel processes.
- Supervise store technology.
- Lead new projects and updates.
- Minimize shrinkage and manage action plans.

Customer Experience

- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Lead by example on the shop floor.
- Handle customer issues effectively.

People & Leadership

- Support scheduling and coverage.
- Train and develop team members.
- Provide continuous feedback.
- Identify talent and support succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

Requirements

Experience:
- 3–4 years in a leadership retail role.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs.
