We are looking for a dedicated and responsible manager to help with and take part in cleaning for our private and business customers. As a manager, you'll have a central role where you both work operationally with cleaning independently and are responsible for training, quality assurance, and development of our staff.

You will ensure that our high standards are consistently met, while acting as a motivating culture carrier who leads from the front and creates great experiences for both employees and customers.

The position continues to involve hands-on cleaning work – making you an important part of both operations, quality, and customer satisfaction. In other words, your input is essential to our overall quality.

Areas of responsibility

Cleaning (hands-on work):
Cleaning, including:

• Vacuuming, mopping floors, and dusting

• Cleaning bathrooms and showers

• Cleaning kitchens, etc.

• Restocking cleaning supplies

• Ensuring an excellent presentation for private and business customers

Leadership, training, and culture:

• Training and onboarding new employees

• Daily coaching and support for the team

• Ensuring compliance with standards and procedures

• Being a visible culture carrier and role model

• Contributing to a positive and professional work environment

Quality assurance and follow-up:

• Ongoing quality control through follow-ups and audits

• Ensuring consistently high quality across tasks

• Identifying areas for improvement and following up on them

• Reporting on performance and customer feedback

Reporting and inventory:

• Monitoring inventory and reporting shortages

• Documenting tasks, quality, and maintenance

• Ensuring correct use of systems and compliance with all structures

Success criteria:

• Consistently high cleaning and quality standards

• High customer satisfaction and positive feedback

• Effective training and development of employees

• Stable operations and a strong team culture

We expect you to:

• Be fluent in English and generally an excellent communicator

• Have experience in cleaning, ideally with responsibility/leadership experience

• Be structured, reliable, and lead by good example

• Have strong collaboration skills and be able to motivate others

• Be able to plan and manage your time effectively

• Be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs and working hours

• Have basic skills in using apps and software

We offer:

• Hourly wage between DKK 160 – 200 (depending on experience)

• Working hours: Full-time (30-37 hrs/week) with a varying schedule. (Mornings, daytime, afternoons and weekends)
