The Role as Account Manager Team Lead 
This is not a traditional leadership position. You will remain actively involved in sales, managing your own customers, sales budget, and growth targets, while also playing a central role in the development of the sales team through coaching, coordination, and day-to-day leadership. 

Working closely with the sales leadership team, you will help shape the direction and development of the function during an exciting period of growth. Acting as the link between sales leadership and the team, you will lead from the front, contribute commercial insight, support colleagues in customer and business development activities, and help drive both individual and team performance. As the organisation continues to expand, the scope of the role is expected to evolve accordingly, creating opportunities for increased leadership responsibility over time. 

The role offers a unique opportunity to combine significant commercial impact with a broader responsibility for people, collaboration, and results. You will engage with organisations that can no longer rest assured that traditional security measures are sufficient and increasingly rely on trusted advisors to help strengthen their overall security posture. 

You bring 
You are a commercially driven professional with experience from cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or a related technology environment. Building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering results comes naturally to you. 

The role is ideal for someone ready to combine sales excellence with a broader responsibility for people and team development. You create energy and momentum around you, naturally build trust, and are recognised as a valued sparring partner by both customers and colleagues. 

You have a proven track record in complex B2B sales and are comfortable navigating longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, take ownership of your responsibilities, and thrive in an environment where collaboration and high performance go hand in hand.
