Brand Manager for Destination Managment Company

Delta of Scandinavia is looking for a commercially minded Brand Manager to help build and lead marketing activity across the business.

The role has a strong B2B focus. You will help grow awareness, strengthen partner relationships, support business development, and drive more value from Delta of Scandinavia’s existing network across international markets.

About Delta of Scandinavia

Delta of Scandinavia is an incoming Destination Management Company operating across Denmark, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, Svalbard, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. Founded in 1981, the company has more than 40 years of experience delivering travel services for groups and individual travellers, including accommodation, sightseeing, tours, transfers and overnight cruises. The business is also known for luxury services, adventure tours, gastronomic experiences and sustainable travel.

The role

As Brand Manager, you will support and deliver marketing activity across the business from planning through to execution and reporting. You will work closely with different teams and leadership to improve brand consistency, strengthen communications, build customer and partner journeys, and support commercial growth.

This is a broad role suited to someone who is proactive, hands on, commercially aware, and comfortable working across both strategy and delivery.

Key responsibilities

●      Support and execute the company’s marketing strategy in line with business goals

●      Plan and deliver end to end marketing campaigns across relevant channels

●      Lead B2B marketing activity focused on trade partners, networks and commercial growth

●      Help strengthen and maintain the company’s brand across all customer and partner touchpoints

●      Manage CRM and lifecycle marketing activity, including email campaigns and database development

●      Build and improve customer and partner journeys

●      Prepare regular marketing reports, campaign analysis and performance updates for the leadership team

●      Monitor marketing spend and support budget management

●      Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activity with wider business priorities

●      Identify creative and commercially relevant opportunities to grow network and increase conversion from existing business relationships

●      Support trade marketing activity across international markets

What we are looking for

●      Experience in travel, luxury travel, destination marketing or trade marketing is highly regarded

●      Strong experience in digital and trade marketing

●      Experience managing campaigns from planning through to execution and reporting

●      Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing, including email automation

●      Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

●      A collaborative working style and confidence working across multiple teams

●      Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

●      Commercial awareness and confidence working with data and reporting

●      Experience working across international markets is highly regarded

●      Excellent written and spoken English

Software and platform experience

Experience with some or most of the following is desirable:

●      CRM and email automation platforms

●      Reporting and dashboard tools

●      CMS platforms

●      Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

●      Microsoft Office
