Store Manager – Gaming Stores

We are currently looking for two experienced Store Managers to oversee the daily operations of our gaming stores. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated leaders with industry experience who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining compliance standards, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with all company policies, internal controls, and operational procedures.

• Monitoring and maintaining gaming equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with current legislation.

• Managing administrative tasks, including employee time registrations, shift scheduling, absence management, and related reporting.

• Leading, coaching, supervising, and developing store employees.

• Preparing and submitting reports to company management and accountants.

• Training and onboarding new employees, including compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

• Ensuring the store and staff are fully prepared to welcome and serve customers each day.

• Driving operational excellence while maintaining a safe, professional, and customer-focused environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous management experience, preferably within the gaming, betting, retail, or hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

• A thorough understanding of compliance requirements and operational procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
