About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards, supervising cleaning activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise cleaning tasks according to company standards

• Inspect sites to ensure quality and hygiene requirements are met

• Train and guide cleaning staff when needed

• Maintain cleaning schedules and documentation

• Ensure proper use of cleaning products and equipment

• Communicate with clients regarding service quality and improvements

• Report any issues or maintenance needs

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning services or facility services (preferred)

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and safety standards

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations/tasks

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English (local language is a plus)

• Basic IT skills for reporting and documentation
