We are now seeking a Client Coordinator who thrives in a structured environment and understands the importance of delivering consistent, high-quality service in a sensitive and highly regulated field.
In this role, you will be a central point of contact for our B2B and B2C clients, ensuring that every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with attention to detail. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth daily operations while supporting processes that require accuracy, compliance, and discretion.
Your Main Tasks and Challenges
As Client Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day client communication and support key operational workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring that all client interactions via phone and email are handled with a high level of service.
You will oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring that orders are processed accurately from initiation to dispatch. Alongside this, you will support administrative processes such as invoicing, payment handling, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
The role also involves working with sensitive data and documentation. This includes registering donor information, preparing materials for approvals, and contributing to the collection and reporting of treatment outcomes. In all aspects of the role, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established procedures is essential.
Deliver professional, timely, and service-oriented client support
Ensure accurate handling of orders, documentation, and administrative processes
Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures

We are looking for someone who is not only highly organized and detail-oriented but also someone who inspires confidence.
You have experience from a similar role; industry experience is not a requirement. You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal – in Danish, English, German, and ideally also Dutch.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient way
