In this hybrid role, you will architect advertising campaigns and act as the primary strategic advisor for our clients. You’ll craft integrated media strategies, optimize budgets, and proactively manage client portfolios to ensure both campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction. Your efforts will directly shape the future of our client partnerships and contribute to international business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated media plans across digital, social, and traditional channels.

• To primarily service clients of our Nordic partner agency Mediaplus in Denmark, by offering strategic advice and aligning media solutions with their business goals.

• Manage and allocate advertising budgets for maximum campaign impact.

• Utilize audience research and market data to identify target segments and optimize media placements.

• Negotiate and coordinate media buys with external vendors and service providers.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, reporting on KPIs such as client health, account performance, and churn risks.

• Proactively manage and grow client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Conduct media landscape research in target expansion markets.

• Translate client needs into actionable media solutions, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Your Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar, or relevant work experience.

• Languages: High proficiency in English.

• Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in media planning, client/account management, or campaign analytics (B2B experience is a plus).

• Familiarity with media planning software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), research tools (e.g., DSPs, Google Analytics), and reporting platforms.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and project management skills.

• Proactive, empathetic, and able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

• Structured approach to work and relationship management.
