Responsibility
Maintain the highest levels of quality according to brand guidelines.
Keeping the unit clean and presentable and following mood setting procedures.
Follow the Guest Journey according to brand guidelines.
Cash Handling
Upselling and cross selling according to sales mix.
Make beverages and handle the bar.
Be knowledgeable about the full menu, so you can guide the guests to any place. special needs such as allergies.
Reporting through internal reporting systems on closing shifts is important.
Follow the KPI’s set by management.
