We are currently seeking a dedicated ground worker/laborer for a project located between Høje Taastrup and Hedehusene. This is a project-based position with a duration of 1 year.

The position offers flexibility in working hours, allowing you to choose between a 4-day or 5-day work week.

About the job:

You will become an important part of a ground crew, working closely with the machine operator and the rest of the team. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with general tasks on the construction site

• Acting as a helper for the excavator operator

• Pulling pipes into trenches (no pipe-laying certification required)

• Assisting with precision excavation

• Potentially operating a dumper, if you have a driver’s license and interest

The work is performed outdoors and involves physical activity with varied tasks.

Working hours:

• 4-day week: 06:30 – 16:15

• 5-day week: 06:30 – 14:30

About you:

We expect that you:

• Have experience with excavation work or similar tasks, such as soil work, fiber networks, district heating, water/sewage, or PVC

• Thrive with physical work and outdoor tasks

• Are a team player and take responsibility on-site

• Have a practical mindset and can work independently

A driver’s license is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Salary and conditions:

Salary will be based on qualifications (competitive pay).
