About the Position

As a full-time Courier Coordinator, you will play a key role in our daily delivery operations. You will be the first point of contact for our couriers and ensure that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably throughout the day.

Working closely with management, you will help coordinate shifts, support couriers during live operations, and continuously improve performance and reliability across our delivery fleet.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and working with people in a fast-paced operational environment.

Your Job

• You are responsible for the daily operations and processes related to courier management

• Coordinate and support couriers during live shifts

• Assist with shift planning and full-time courier coverage, especially during peak hours

• Build strong relationships with couriers and support them with questions or challenges

• Support new couriers from their first shift and provide ongoing guidance

• Conduct regular feedback sessions to identify improvement opportunities

• Actively find solutions to improve reliability, efficiency, and courier satisfaction

• Communicate closely with management and other operational stakeholders
  

Your Profile

• Ideally, experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, fleet management, dispatch, or a similar role

• Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus, but not required)

• An open, honest, and direct communication style

• Calm and stress-resistant, even during busy periods

• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working with digital tools and operational systems

• Prior leadership or coordination experience is an advantage
