The role

You will provide first-line customer support to our German and international customers, mainly via phone and email. Working closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, and shipping, you will ensure fast, professional, and solution-oriented support.

Your responsibilities

• Support customers with product, software, invoicing, upselling, and replacement inquiries, owning each case from start to finish

• Guide customers through software installation (through Team Viewer)

• Become an expert in Cortrium’s products and software

• Capture customer feedback and feature requests

• Assist the shipping team to ensure efficient deliveries when needed

Who you are

• German speaker with professional fluency in English and one additional language (Danish, French or Spanish)

• Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented

• Structured, reliable, and comfortable with technology

• Customer service experience preferred (technical support not required)
