Your typical tasks
By keeping an overview of the entire process, coordinating key stakeholders, and working closely with our international OEM customers and internal teams, you help find pragmatic solutions whenever challenges arise, and transform a customer order into a seamless and reliable delivery. Your daily tasks will be to:

• Manage customer orders for international OEM customers throughout the entire order-to-delivery process.
• Work closely with Planning, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales to ensure realistic and reliable delivery commitments.
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or master data issues at an early stage and bring together the right stakeholders to resolve them.
• Communicate proactively with customers and develop sustainable solutions when changes or challenges occur.
• Challenge existing processes and contribute ideas to improve speed, transparency, and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and take ownership of their implementation.
• Ensure transparency regarding order status, priorities, and critical delivery milestones.
