Customer Service & Office Administration Assistant (Kontorassistent)

Location: Vejle (on-site)

Working hours: Part-time (1/2 time) or Full-time (to be agreed upon)

We're looking for a communicative, organized, and open-minded Office Assistant who will be a key link in communication between our Polish-speaking clients and our Danish accounting team. If you enjoy interacting with people, connecting the dots effectively, and can translate complexities between languages, this position is for you!

Your Profile & Language Requirements:

●     Polish: Fluent daily communication in speech and writing.

●     English: Excellent level (essential requirement – you will regularly collaborate with the Danish team and translate their arrangements with clients).

●     Danish: Communicative level will be a massive asset (it will ease you in direct contact with Danish authorities and ease your daily office workflow).

Your Main Responsibilities:

●     Communication Support: Communicating ongoing matters, documents, and agreements between Polish-speaking clients and Danish-speaking accountants.

●     Customer Service: Serving as the first point of contact for clients (handling phone calls, responding to emails in Polish and English/Danish).

●     Administrative Tasks: Receiving, sorting, and digitizing accounting documents, as well as maintaining order in the office documentation.

●     Official Support: Assisting clients with basic administrative formalities (e.g., CPR, Sundhedskort, MitID) under the guidance of an experienced team.
