At Umbraco, we’re proud to support a growing and engaged customer and partner community, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Odense HQ and play a key role in helping our customers and partners get the most value from their Umbraco experience.
Job role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and long-term success with our products and services. You’ll work across teams, Sales, Support, and Product - to ensure a consistent and value-driven customer experience.
The role is part of our Customer Success team within the broader Customer Experience department. You’ll be surrounded by bright, helpful colleagues who genuinely care about our customers and about each other. Qualifications

Besides your awesome personality, we are looking for someone with:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re a great listener and a clear communicator
Experience building and executing customer success plans
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with customer success or CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
Bonus points for:
Experience supporting or enabling partners as part of a success or enablement team
Proficiency in a Nordic language (such as Danish or Swedish)
A background in tech, SaaS, or digital agencies
