On a daily basis, you act as both the store manager's right-hand man and sparring partner. And if the store manager is out of the house, sick or on vacation, then you are the one who has the overall responsibility.

- develop and train employees, and ensure that they are happy and motivated
- take the lead in the store and set a good example for your colleagues
- solve various administrative tasks
- support the store manager in all types of tasks
- help ensure that the store achieves the desired operating results
