Diamond Slice is a vibrant, young company located in the heart of Nørrebro. Recently recognized as the 6th best pizza in the world by Time Out magazine, we have become a Copenhagen favorite and a local gem. We are known for our exceptional vibes and warm, friendly service, and we are looking for an Assistant FOH Manager to join our team starting in April.

Role

This position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment but is also looking to develop their leadership and administrative skills. You will work closely with the FOH Manager to ensure every guest has a world-class experience while keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Pay is 150 to 175 per hour depending experience, ability and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading floor service and maintaining our signature high-energy, welcoming atmosphere.

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as inventory tracking for the bar and floor.

• Supporting the FOH Manager with staff communication and daily organizational needs.

• Helping to onboard and train new team members on our service standards.

• Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless transitions between the oven and the guest.

• Maintaining the visual standards and cleanliness of the dining area to keep the vibes on point.
