Are you an energetic, hands-on digital marketing and e-commerce specialist ready to elevate our activities in the Dutch market?
We are looking for a proactive and structured coordinator who will serve as the link between our Danish headquarters and our external, dutch partners, and who can translate our group strategy into impactful, local initiatives for the Netherlands. As our Digital Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns, webshop activities, and content, ensuring we succeed both online and offline in the Dutch market.

Location: Randers or Greve (with the option to work from home)
Reports to: HQ Denmark, Randers
Languages: Dutch (fluent/native – required) + English or Danish

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all marketing and e-commerce activities
• Lead and optimize cooperation with external agencies, partners, and influencers
• Continuously report on performance, results, and insights to HQ Denmark
• Build the brand and drive commercial results in the Dutch market
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, sales, and customer/booking service to ensure a seamless customer journey

Main Tasks

1) Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate marketing and e-commerce tasks across agencies and internal teams
• Follow up on deliverables, deadlines, and campaign performance
• Maintain and execute local webshop content, updates, and campaigns

2) Digital Marketing Operations

• Work with both paid and organic channels (in close collaboration with agencies such as Cubaka, Yellow Grape, Unicanet, etc.)
• Translate group marketing strategies into relevant, local Dutch initiatives
• Manage and brief agencies on Paid Meta, Google, SoMe, web, and content production
• Contribute to SEO, email marketing, campaign set-up, and automated content flows
• Ensure all messaging fits the Dutch market and consumer expectations

3) Content, Production & Influencers

• Brief and coordinate content creators, copywriters, designers, and social media specialists
• Ensure deadlines are met and all content aligns with the brand
• Help structure and maintain the image and video bank
• Handle web editor tasks: content updates, campaign launches, new messaging
• Manage influencer partnerships incl. contracts, briefs, activations, approvals, and reporting

Your Profile

• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or omnichannel retail
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Solid analytical skills and confidence in reporting data and insights
• Fluent/native Dutch (required) + fluency in English or Danish
• Experience with Dutch digital consumers and omnichannel behaviors is a plus
• Thrives in teamwork, but also able to drive initiatives independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
