DRB CPH & FRB is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director to lead the company’s daily operations across our locations. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong ability to manage people, optimize operations, and ensure the business continues to deliver exceptional quality and service.

About the Role
As Director, you will have overall responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations across all business locations.

• Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Coordinate production planning and daily operational workflows.

• Supervise inventory management, purchasing, and stock control.

• Manage production schedules and order planning through the company’s management systems.

• Ensure accurate coordination of wholesale and customer orders with the production team.

• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with Danish food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.

• Manage staffing, recruitment, scheduling, and employee performance.

• Work closely with suppliers and business partners to maintain smooth business operations.

• Support financial performance by monitoring operational costs and identifying opportunities for business growth.

• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership or operational management role.

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience managing teams in a production, food, retail, hospitality, or manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable using inventory, production, and business management systems.

• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
