• Create and manage employee schedules, balancing labor costs and service quality. 

• Oversee cash management, financial reporting, and all required paperwork. 

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment. 

Who are you? 

• Proven managerial experience in the fast-food or pizza industry. 

• Strong knowledge of business KPIs, including labor, food costs, service, and food safety. 

• A motivating leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• Business proficiency in English. 

• A detail-oriented professional with a proactive and results-driven approach.
