At Freudenberg Flow Technologies / EagleBurgmann KE A/S, we are looking for a structured and hands-on Procurement Assistant to strengthen our local procurement operations and support our SAP-driven workflows.

About the Role:
As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a key operational role in our daily purchasing activities, with a strong focus on administrative execution in SAP.
You will work closely with Commodity Buyers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that purchase orders, confirmations, and master data are accurate, up to date, and flowing efficiently through the system.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, system understanding, and follow-up are essential to keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and process purchase orders in SAP (creation, updates, and releases)
Verify and enter order confirmations (quantities, prices, delivery dates)
Monitor and follow up on order status, delivery dates, and delays
Support on-time delivery (OTD) by proactive tracking and coordination
Perform invoice checks and resolution in collaboration with finance
Maintain and update master data in SAP (pricing, trade agreements, supplier data)
Handle intercompany orders and related system transactions
Ensure accurate documentation and electronic filing
Register and follow up on quality notifications with suppliers and internal teams
Support procurement with data preparation, reporting, and administrative tasks
Participate in order fulfillment meetings with relevant stakeholders
Assist in supplier evaluations and audits (data preparation and coordination)
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support role
Strong hands-on experience with SAP (MM module preferred) or similar ERP systems
Structured and detail-oriented, with a strong administrative mindset
Comfortable working with data, processes, and system transactions
Solid skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., filtering, pivot tables, data handling)
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up consistently
Good communication skills in English
A proactive, service-minded team player who enjoys supporting operations
