Enterprise Business Development Manager

This role is based at our Denmark HQ in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, and requires a minimum of three in-office days per week to foster strong collaboration within the sales team. The position is a full-time role with a normal working week of 37 hours. Working hours are planned flexibly in agreement with the manager, including occasional alignment with customers across time zones, particularly in the US and other international markets.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will:
Drive new business growth in the enterprise segment by identifying, engaging, and closing new high-value clients.
Own the entire sales process from research and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
Build tailored solutions for enterprise prospects, aligning our services with their strategic priorities and communication needs.
Leverage marketing and lead-generation efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute outbound strategies, targeting specific verticals or account segments to build a strong enterprise pipeline.
Collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Design, to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience.
Set and exceed growth targets, using data-driven insights and CRM tools (HubSpot) to track and optimize performance.

Who You Are
A proven enterprise sales professional with experience in new business development or B2B enterprise sales.
Skilled at building and managing pipelines, identifying opportunities, and converting them into high-value partnerships.
Confident in navigating complex organizations, connecting with senior decision-makers across multiple departments.
Experienced in using CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to manage outreach and sales performance.

  • A strategic thinker who combines business acumen with a consultative, value-driven sales approach.

  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Motivated by growth, continuous learning, and making a tangible impact in a purpose-driven organization.

  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
