Chef Wanted for Bharat – Indian Restaurant in Frederiksberg, in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark

Bharat is looking for an experienced and passionate chef to join our Indian restaurant in Frederiksberg. We are seeking a candidate with experience in Indian cuisine who is passionate about creating authentic culinary experiences and thrives in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing authentic Indian dishes

• Preparing ingredients and raw materials for daily service

• Cooking curries, tandoori dishes, naan, and other Indian specialties

• Ensuring high quality and presentation of all dishes

• Complying with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a chef, preferably in an Indian restaurant

• Knowledge of Indian spices and traditional cooking methods

• Responsible, reliable, and quality-conscious

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
