Gusto Italiano is an authentic Italian restaurant located in Brønshøj, known for its cozy atmosphere, warm service, and delicious traditional dishes made from high-quality ingredients. We are passionate about offering our guests a genuine taste of Italy — from homemade pasta to freshly baked pizza.

We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

As our new Chef, you will:

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes with care and creativity

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

• Manage kitchen operations and support smooth daily service

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen organization

• Collaborate with the restaurant management on new dishes and seasonal menus

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques, pasta, and sauces

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

• Team player with good communication and organizational skills

• Passion for authentic Italian food and attention to detail
