Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Restaurant Operations & Leadership
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain excellent performance and service standards.
Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Staff Management & Training
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff to build a strong and reliable team.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and high service standards across all shifts.
Create staff schedules and manage performance evaluations.
3. Quality Control & Customer Experience
Ensure excellent food presentation, service quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
Maintain consistent customer satisfaction by monitoring service and guest experience.
Uphold the restaurant’s reputation for authentic Indian hospitality.
4. Inventory, Finance & Administration
Manage inventory, suppliers, ordering, and stock control.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and improve overall profitability.
Oversee cash handling, reporting, and daily financial records.
5. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
Experience managing Indian restaurants or hospitality businesses is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of Indian cuisine, service standards, and customer expectations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
Strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to quality
