We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality video content across multiple platforms. In this role, you will play an important part in shaping the final product and ensuring a consistent, professional standard throughout the post-production process.

AVdesign is a fast-growing production company based in Billund. Our team brings together animators, CG artists, producers, videographers, and creatives from different nationalities and backgrounds, working on projects across platforms for clients around the world.

You will join our video team, consisting of skilled and dedicated colleagues who value quality and collaboration. The video team consists of five full-time employees, and we frequently work with freelancers, as well.

About the role

As our new Video Editor, you will join the video team and help shape the final product from idea to delivery, working closely with producers and creatives.

The role requires confidence in professional editing software and experience in post-production workflows, including media management, syncing, basic color correction, and audio leveling. The role includes a mix of commercials, branded content, social formats, and event productions.

Responsibilities

·      Edit video content for different platforms and formats

·      Shape pacing, storytelling, and visual flow

·      Basic audio editing and color grading

·      Manage and structure project files

·      Collaborate with producers, videographers, and clients

·      Deliver on deadline without compromising quality

·      Organize and manage media, project files, and exports

Your profile

·      Experience working with professional editing workflows (agency, production company, in-house, or freelance)

·      Strong attention to detail and structured file management

·      Proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented

·      Ability to translate client feedback into precise editing revisions

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time

·      Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)

·      Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and/or live/event production is a plus.
