We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our headquarters in Hellerup, Copenhagen. As a trusted business partner to our CEO, you'll play a key role in supporting our continued international growth through financial insight, commercial understanding and continuous improvement.

You'll help shape a modern finance function where strong financial management goes hand in hand with digitalization, automation and the intelligent use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Excel, Power BI and emerging AI technologies.

Your opportunity

As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of MINI A TURE's finance function and become one of the CEO's closest and most trusted business partners.

You'll thrive in a hands-on role where you combine day-to-day financial management with strategic business partnering. You're just as comfortable closing the monthly accounts as discussing future growth initiatives with the CEO.

This is not a role where you manage finance from a distance. You'll be actively involved in the day-to-day finance operations while helping shape the company's future direction.

This is a unique opportunity to influence both the future finance function and MINI A TURE's continued international growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Take hands-on responsibility for the entire finance function, including accounting, month-end closing, financial management and reporting.
  • Act as a trusted and confidential sparring partner to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses, monthly reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Deliver financial insights and analysis that strengthen business decisions.
  • Drive the continued development and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring the ERP platform supports efficient and scalable business processes.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards and management insights using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Excel and Power BI.
  • Drive digitalization, automation and AI initiatives that simplify processes, improve efficiency and strengthen decision-making.
  • Coordinate the annual audit, external reporting and continuously improve financial processes and internal controls.
  • Collaborate across the organization to support growth, transparency and informed decision-making.

Who you are

You bring experience from a similar role as Finance Manager, Senior Financial Controller or Finance Business Partner, ideally within an international fashion, lifestyle, retail or consumer goods company.

You're a hands-on finance professional who enjoys being close to numbers while also contributing to strategic discussions and future business development. You combine a commercial mindset with a natural curiosity for improving processes and creating value through digitalization, automation and AI.

You are an experienced user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another modern ERP platform and understand how ERP systems support efficient financial management and scalable business processes.

You are highly proficient at Excel and enjoy working with financial modelling, reporting and analysis. Experience with Power BI is a strong advantage and enables you to transform data into valuable business insights.

You hold a relevant financial degree such as an MSc in Finance & Accounting, Economics or Business Administration - or have a background as a Chartered Accountant.

You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
