Who We Are
At Ø12 we are constantly trying to raise the bar for what a café can be. Our mission is simple: serve truly great food and coffee from breakfast through lunch, and create a warm, high-energy environment where both guests and staff feel genuinely welcome. With two busy locations already running, we’ve just opened our third and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.

The Job
This is a service-focused position based in our busiest location in Vesterbro. You’ll start by being trained on our daily operations, including both floor and bar responsibilities. The goal is to gradually take more ownership and eventually help lead the daily flow of the café.

A key focus will also be learning to work confidently with the espresso machine, understanding how to treat it with care and consistently deliver high-quality coffee. Some basic experience with coffee is a plus, but not a requirement if you’re eager to learn.

You’ll be an essential part of creating a smooth and warm guest experience, supporting the team, and making sure the energy on the floor stays high.
