Your Qualifications
Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of high service and quality standards
Professional, present, and welcoming toward both guests and colleagues
A genuine passion for hospitality and the ability to create memorable guest experiences
Interest in food and beverages, with a desire for continuous professional development
Strong overview and attention to detail – even in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Inspirational team player with the ability to elevate others professionally
Fluent or professional working proficiency in English (Danish is a plus, but not required)
Valid work permit / right to work in Denmark.
Your Responsibilities
Opening and closing the restaurant with structure and attention to detail
Ensuring a seamless connection between food and beverage experiences
Managing daily administrative tasks, including reservations and team coordination
Leading and coordinating larger events at the Opera House
Supporting the Restaurant Manager with POS setup, menu and wine list development, inventory management, and purchasing
Training and developing team members to strengthen our service culture
Actively participating in operational meetings with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef
