Dillon Gelateria is looking for a friendly, positive, and outgoing Front of House team member to join our growing team.
We are passionate about serving what we believe is the best gelato in Copenhagen, and we are looking for someone who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences and bringing great energy to the shop every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scooping and serving gelato
• Welcoming customers and providing excellent service
• Handling payments and operating the cash register
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the shop
• Assisting with daily opening and closing procedures
• Supporting colleagues in day-to-day operations

We are looking for someone who:

•Full-time / Part-time seeking
• Is happy, sociable, and customer-focused
• Enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds
• Has a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Speaks English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Is reliable, flexible, and works well as part of a team
• Is willing to learn and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, retail, or ice cream shops is appreciated but not required. We value enthusiasm, personality, and a genuine passion for customer service above all else.
