Full Time Office Administrator

VNN International ApS is looking for a Full Time Office Administrator.

VNN International ApS is a distributor/wholesaler of mobile phones & other consumer electronics and is looking for an office administrator.

Your role will include:

- Assisting with tasks such as unpacking goods, inspection of goods and repacking them. This is major part of the role. Boxes can be heavy and require someone who can physically manage the task.

-The person will be expected to learn and prepare purchase orders, proforma invoices and other tasks using our new accounting software. It is a requirement that the candidate is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and has decent computer skills.

- Provide support to the sales team. Tasks could include following up on shipments and/or leasing with logistics, booking shipments or calling up suppliers to get price quotes. 

- Picking up or delivering goods to logistic companies or to other places as required. Hence having a drivers license is a plus.

- Other ad hoc office work and secretarial tasks like filing, updating stock sheet and customer data base.

You are an energetic and fast person, who is motivated by different practical and administrative tasks. You have a positive mindset, can do attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves. Holding a drivers license (license B for normal manual car) is an advantage but not necessary. You are a fast learner and can handle the several tasks efficiently. You are well spoken and can communicate in English fluently, as well as have some basic knowledge or understanding of Danish.
