Fundraising Consultant – Part-Time or Full-Time | Copenhagen

Want a flexible job with good pay, cool people around you, and real personal development? - English speakers welcome!!!

Fremtidens Fundraising is hiring new Fundraising Consultants in Copenhagen.

We work with leading NGOs and help them gain new long-term supporters through face-to-face and door-to-door fundraising.

You can work 15–37 hours per week — part-time or full-time.

No experience is required. We train you from day one.

The role

As a Fundraising Consultant, you represent leading NGOs and speak with people face-to-face about important causes.

You may work in the city, at events, in shopping areas, or door-to-door.

Your job is to create honest, respectful conversations and inspire people to support organizations that make a real difference.

This is not an office job.

You will be out with your team, speaking to real people, learning fast, and improving every week.

What you get

  • Good pay

  • Flexible hours: 15–37 hours per week

  • Part-time or full-time options

  • Full training from day one

  • Ongoing coaching from experienced team leaders

  • A young, social, high-energy team

  • Team activities and social events

  • The chance to take on more responsibility quickly

  • Real experience in communication, sales, confidence, and people skills

What the workday looks like

You start the day with your team.

There is a short briefing, clear goals, and practical training.

After that, you go into the field and speak with people face-to-face.

You work independently, but you are never left alone. Your team leader supports you, gives feedback, and helps you improve.

It is a job that challenges you — but that is also why you grow fast.

Who we are looking for

You do not need fundraising or sales experience.

You are a good fit if you:

  • enjoy talking to people

  • are outgoing and positive

  • want to become better at communication

  • can handle rejection without taking it personally

  • like working with goals

  • show up on time and take responsibility

  • enjoy being part of a social team

We care more about your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn than your CV.

What one of our team members says

“The best thing about the job is the combination of people and personal development. You quickly learn to communicate in a completely different way, and you can feel your own progress week by week.

At the same time, it is a strong team where people help each other improve.”

— Matias, Fundraising Consultant

In short

A flexible job with good pay, strong colleagues, and real personal development — while working for causes that matter.
