About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and professional Ground Operations Staff to join our team at Copenhagen Airport. The successful candidate will support daily flight operations by providing high-quality service at the check-in counters, boarding gates, and ramp areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and punctual flight handling.

Key Responsibilities

Perform passenger check-in, document verification, and luggage handling at the check-in counters.

Manage boarding procedures at the gate, including announcements, passenger coordination, and communication with flight crews.

Coordinate ground handling activities on the ramp, ensuring safe aircraft turnaround operations.

Maintain communication with airline operation centers, airport authorities, and service partners.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve passenger inquiries professionally.

Qualifications

Prior airport or aviation experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish or Chinese is an advantage.
