Hardware Engineer with a focus on PCB Design

We are looking for an electronic technician/engineer with a solid knowledge about PCB/Schematic/component design and preferable flair for DFM (design for manufacturing), to strengthen our Hardware Team in our R&D department.

About the job:

You will be part of our ambitious development department, where your future colleagues include hardware and software engineers. Your primary task will be to develop advanced electronics with high demands on performance and quality.  You will execute and develop product designs using the latest techniques in analogue, digital and RF electronics. Together with your team, you will be part of the entire process from prototype to the finished approved product and maintenance. The job is a full-time position.

Qualifications and experience:

You have a background as an electronics engineer, low-voltage engineer or have a great interest and knowledge of the points below. We expect you to have experience with the design of electronic circuits and experience with one or more of the following points:

1. PCB-layout and Schematic
2. EMC design knowledge, requirements, testing and participating in the approval process
3. Analog and digital electronics design
4. Simulation Tool
5. Altium Designer or equivalent development tool

Depending on profile work assignments may include:

• PCB layout of RF, Digital, Analog and power electronics.
• Component creation and maintenance in E-CAD library.
• Schematic creation and small design tasks in collaboration with the R&D team.
• Verification of new designs and maintenance of old.
