About Ølsnedkeren

Ølsnedkeren is an independent microbrewery located in Skævinge, north of Copenhagen. We’re in the midst of an exciting development phase with new ambitions, more brews, a stronger identity, and a desire to sharpen our brand even further. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced brewer who wants to join us in growing – both in day-to-day operations and in our future development.

The Position

This is a full-time position based at our brewery in Skævinge, where you’ll be part of a small, dedicated team. You’ll work closely with our other brewer and be involved in managing the brewing operations from start to finish – from recipe development, production planning and data management, through cellar work and quality control, to the final product being kegged or canned and ready to be enjoyed by our customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on brewing experience and confidence working in small teams

• A structured and organised way of working

• Experience with recipe development, quality assurance and production scheduling

• A data-driven mindset and familiarity with using brewing software or logs

• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations

About You

You have a big heart for the craft beer industry and for beers with character. You’re an organised person who enjoys working independently but also thrives in a close-knit team. You take responsibility for your work and understand that brewing is a craft that takes both time and effort.

You like to work in a structured way and are always looking for ways to improve processes – whether that’s to make the beer better, the workflow smoother, or the working environment safer and more sustainable.
