Getting there means running a more complex organization than we’ve had before. We’re building the internal capability to do that, and this role is a central part of it.

The role

As Head of Strategy Execution & PMO, you’ll own the planning infrastructure across the organization, how priorities are set, progress is tracked, cross-functional programmes are managed, and go/no-go decisions get made. You’ll also take direct ownership of selected programmes yourself.

You will lead a small central team where you will play an active part in shaping and working directly with our Chief of Strategy and Enablement and the broader executive group. This is a newly established function, which means you will be building the approach rather than inheriting one.

On a given week you might be facilitating a Strategy Board review, helping the Chief of Revenue and Chief of Scaling agree on launch sequencing, reviewing a risk register on a post-merger integration, and rethinking how we run quarterly planning. The work is varied, it’s central to how the company runs, and the results are visible, usually within weeks, not years.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating strategic planning and priority-setting cycles

• Managing cross-functional programmes from initiation through delivery

• Supporting go/no-go decisions with structured analysis and clear recommendations

• Aligning senior stakeholders on sequencing and resource allocation

• Building the governance frameworks and tools that underpin effective execution

About you

You’re good at structuring ambiguous problems, getting stakeholders aligned, and building things that keep working after your attention has moved on. You’re comfortable operating independently and influencing without formal authority, while knowing when to escalate.

You probably come from strategy consulting, management consulting or programme management at a firm where rigour was expected. You want to go deep on something real, a real company, a real strategy, real consequences, and be around long enough to see what happened.

Experience in SaaS or enterprise software is useful. Genuine curiosity about the sector is enough.

What we’re looking for:

Five to eight years in strategy consulting, management consulting or programme management

A strong track record managing complex, cross-functional work with clarity and rigour

The ability to build and stress-test a business case and translate strategy into concrete plans

Executive-level communication skills at ease in both the boardroom and the operational detail

Fluent English; Danish or German is an advantage
