For IB in Sønderborg we are looking for a teacher in the core subjects TOK, CAS as well as English.

We have a total of 20 teachers and almost 200 students and are the only technical high school in Denmark to offer the International Baccalaureate.

Requirements for applicants
The Ministry requires that you have a relevant master's degree in the subjects you teach - read more about this on the Ministry of Education's website.

In addition, we expect you to:

• have teaching competence in English.

• have an interest in educating and training young people.

• have the competence and desire to teach in an interdisciplinary and project-based manner.

• have a positive view of your work and your colleagues and want to become part of a committed and creative teaching group.

• Can teach in English.

Formalities
The application deadline is May 18, 2026 and the position is to be filled by 1. August 2026.

Salary, pension, and other terms of employment are governed by the applicable collective agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Association in the State.
