Keeperz is now searching for a Housekeeping Manager for our new department at CORI Hornbæk Hotel. CORI Hornbæk Hotel is a new high-end luxury Spa Hotel opening in the summer 2026. We are looking for a person who is detailorientede, has high energy & a "Yes we can - attitude" to lead the new Team.

Keeperz is an innovative and quality-conscious cleaning company founded in 2017. We are specialized in hotel & facility cleaning & our experience from the hotel cleaning industry dates back to 2011.

The job is a fulltime position and includes working every 2. weekend.
Working hours are mostly 8.30 - 16.30 & every 2. weekend 09.00 - 17.00

The main tasks would be:

• Opening & closing - preparing working papers

• Check rooms & public area cleaning

• Give feedback, train & motivate the team

• Ensure a good work environment

• Ordering and managing stock

• Daily- and weekly planning

• Procedure check 

We are looking for a manager who lead by example and manage and motivate the team from the corridors/rooms not from the office. The position is not administrative "heavy".
Experience from housekeeping as either housekeeping manager or supervisor is a must.
