You have strong culinary skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about quality, creativity, and exceptional guest experiences. The role includes menu development, daily kitchen management, and ensuring high standards across operations, hygiene, and teamwork.

Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team

Handle purchasing and oversee ingredient quality
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Optimize kitchen operations and workflows
