We are in the middle of an exciting transformation journey. We are consolidating our IT landscape and building a more streamlined, cohesive, and future‑ready organization. As our new IT Delivery Manager, you will play a central role in supporting this development and help us grow into a well‑orchestrated delivery machine with strong processes, predictable execution, and high-quality integrations. You will be the driving force behind our integration strategy and bridge the gap between business ambitions and technical execution, ensuring that our SAP, Salesforce and digital platforms (E-commerce, 3rd party providers) communicate seamlessly.

Success in this role means strengthening our delivery setup, refining processes, and helping build a robust integration engine that supports stable, scalable, and globally compliant business operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading end‑to‑end delivery of integration solutions across SAP, Salesforce, E‑commerce, and middleware platforms, ensuring high‑quality and scalable outcomes.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between business and IT, driving requirement discovery, prioritization, and alignment with architectural standards.
• Overseeing delivery planning, risk management, go‑live coordination, and cross‑team dependencies.
• Removing obstacles for development teams and ensuring smooth execution through Agile/Lean practices (Scrum/Kanban).
• Facilitating strong collaboration across ERP, middleware, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to secure predictable, value‑driven delivery

What we hope you bring:

• A Solid understanding of integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), data flows, and knowledge of modern integration platforms
• Experience leading end‑to‑end delivery of integration projects in complex, multi‑team environments
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, requirement clarification, and clear communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• The ability to understand the business context of each department and approach challenges from the viewpoint of the individuals working within it
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and the ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress

Our headquarters are in Aabenraa in Southern Denmark, and while we support a flexible hybrid work setup, we believe strongly in the value of in‑person collaboration. Therefore, we encourage being on-site at least two to three days a week.

Your Team, Our Culture and Values

You will join our Integration Team, working on application‑to‑application and EDI integrations in a hybrid setup of onsite colleagues and experienced external consultants. We keep communication informal with regular Teams touchpoints and run a light Scrum setup with daily stand‑ups, two‑week planning, and retrospectives that help us learn from what worked well and what did not. Together, we focus on building strong integrations and continuously improving how we deliver them.
