We are looking for a service-minded IT Employee to join our IT Operations and Support team.

You will become an integral part of our three-person IT team, responsible for supporting, operating, and maintaining the company's IT systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a structured and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and ongoing development of our IT platforms, including:

• End-user support

• Microsoft client/server environment (Active Directory)

• Virtual and physical infrastructure

• SharePoint

• Networking (LAN/WAN/VPN)

Qualifications and Experience

• A background that provides hands-on experience with the technologies and responsibilities listed above.

• A qualification as an IT Support Specialist, Data Technician (Infrastructure), or equivalent is preferred.

• Flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 business environment, including participation in an on-call rotation.

• The ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an overview, even in a fast-paced environment.

• A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work, combined with a professional curiosity.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English.

• You must be able to obtain security clearance.
