R-Trading ApS   is looking for an IT Technician in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Therefore, it is important that you are reliable, strong-willed and dare to take initiative and responsibility for your actions. Most of the work takes place in Copenhagen, Denmark, and right now we are looking for one IT technician/mechanic to work as full time in our company.

Job Responsibility:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to users (on-site and remote)

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• You must have experience in repairing computer motherboards

• Support daily IT operations and ensure system availability

• Document incidents, solutions, and IT procedures in ticket systems

• Assist with IT security updates and compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

• Completed education as IT Supporter / IT Technician or similar relevant IT qualification

• Solid experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environment

• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Experience with Active Directory and user administration

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset

• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage
