Sheen Trade ApS is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kastrup. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about luxury jewellery, enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, and is committed to building long-lasting customer relationships.

As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will represent our brand by providing an outstanding shopping experience while contributing to the continued growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional approach.

• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Develop a thorough understanding of our jewellery collections, craftsmanship, and current market trends.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized showroom.

• Assist with stock management, inventory counts, and merchandising.

• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, repairs, and after-sales service professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium customer service is preferred.

• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-first mindset with a professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Fluency in English is required. Danish and additional languages are considered an advantage.
