At Phoenix Foods, we are looking for a kitchen assistant to join our Baobab shop at Reffen. At Baobab, we bring the flavours, music and vibrant spirit of West Africa to our guests. We are proud to offer delicious food in a fun, welcoming environment full of good vibes—and now we're looking for a new team member to join us!

We are looking for a reliable and energetic kitchen assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive attitude to the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen prep.

• Helping with service and interacting with guests.

• Handling orders and payments using POS systems.

• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised.

• Supporting the team wherever needed.

We are a small, close-knit team, so everyone helps out with a bit of everything.

Requirements:

• Experience handling POS systems.

• English is a must.

• Danish and other languages are a plus (we're an international, multicultural team and welcome many tourists).

• Immediate availability.

• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
