Kitchen Assistant Wanted for Gastro No. 8 in Blåvand

Would you like to be part of a modern restaurant kitchen in one of Denmark’s busiest holiday towns?
Gastro No. 8 in Blåvand is looking for a dedicated and hardworking kitchen assistant for a full-time position. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on quality and a variety of tasks.

We prefer that you have experience from a restaurant, café, or take-away, and experience with sushi is a definite advantage.

As a kitchen assistant at Gastro No. 8, you will become an important part of a strong team, where we serve both restaurant guests and take-away customers every day.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Preparation of ingredients and light food production
• Preparation of dishes for both restaurant and take-away
• Assistance with sushi production and plating (if you have experience)
• Packing and quality control of take-away orders
• Dishwashing and cleaning, as well as ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
• General support in the daily operations of the kitchen

• Has experience from a restaurant, café, canteen, or take-away
• Preferably has experience with sushi or Asian cuisine
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Thrives in a busy work environment
• Is reliable, flexible, and punctual
• Has a strong focus on quality, organization, and hygiene

• A full-time position with a start date by agreement
