About Us:
Little Italy is an Italian restaurant and pizza shop in central Copenhagen. We serve classic Italian dishes and pizzas made with fresh ingredients, homemade sauces, and dough prepared daily. Our restaurant is known for its friendly atmosphere and high-quality food.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare authentic Italian dishes and desserts, including pizza, pasta, lasagna, tortellini, tiramisu and more.

* Handle dough preparation, stretching, sauce making, toppings, and oven management.

* Maintain excellent standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.

* Ensure a clean, organized kitchen and follow all hygiene and safety regulations.

* Manage ingredient inventory and support daily preparation tasks.

* Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team, especially during peak hours.

Requirements:

Requirements:

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an Italian kitchen.

* Strong expertise in pizza-making, pasta preparation, and related Italian cuisine and techniques.

* Ability to work independently, efficiently, and remain calm under pressure.

* Highly reliable, responsible, and well-organized with strong attention to detail.

* Basic proficiency in English communication
