As a chef at our establishment, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dining experiences to both locals and summer guests. We pride ourselves on a menu that reflects the season, focusing on flavor, technique, and great produce.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for lunch and dinner service.

• Ensuring consistent food quality and beautiful presentation.

• Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and positive workflow.

• Managing food prep, stock control, and maintaining high standards of hygiene (HACCP).
